Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after purchase. During busy periods, sales events, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimate and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Brass & Bloom Scoops is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your packed is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Checking around your delivery area
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Brass & Bloom Scoops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order resent.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can review the issue.
