Refund Policy

All sales at Brass & Bloom Scoops are final. Because our scoops are a curated mystery experience, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each scoop is thoughtfully assembled with a variety of vintage-inspired treasures, and part of the fun is the surprise of discovering what's inside. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on item preference, duplicates, or personal taste.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or there is an issue with your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation. Videos and pictures of packaging and items will be required.

Once an order has been shipped, Brass & Bloom Scoops is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers will receive tracking information and should contact the shipping carrier directly if an issue occurs in transit.

Brass & Bloom Scoops offers curated mystery scoop products.  When purchasing a scoop, you are purchasing a surprise assortment of items selected by our team.  

Items are chosen at our discretion and may vary from order to order.  Because of the nature of mystery products:

  • Specific items cannot be guaranteed
  • Scoops may contain a variety of vintage-inspired or craft-related items
  • Each scoop will be unique

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the mystery nature of the product.  

Mystery Product Disclaimer

All scoops sold by Brass & Bloom Scoops are mystery assortments.  Items shown in promotional photos or videos are examples of possible items and are not guaranteed to be included in every scoop.

Each scoop is unique and items are selected randomly from available inventory.

3. Duplicate Items

Because our scoops are curated mystery assortments, it is possible to receive duplicate items when purchasing scoops.  This is a normal part of the mystery scoop experience.

Brass & Bloom Scoops cannot guarantee that every item in an order will be unique, and duplicate items do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

4. Order Preferences

Customers may leave notes with preferences or items they wish to avoid.  While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific items or themes.

5. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Brass & Bloom Scoops are FINAL SALE.

Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on item preference or dissatisfaction with the contents of a scoop.  

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and items.  We will review the situation and determine the best resolution.  

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Brass & Bloom Scoops is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Customers will receive tracking information when their order ships.  If a package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be found, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

8.  Order Packing Videos (TikTok Add-On)

Customers may purchase an Order Packing Video add-on at checkout for an additional fee.

By purchasing this add-on, you agree that:

  • Your order may be filmed during the packing process
  • The video may be posted on our TikTok or other social media platforms
  • Videos are created for entertainment and promotional purposes

Packing videos are for entertainment and promotional purposes and may not show every item included in the final package.  Packing videos are intended to show portions of the packing process and should not be considered a complete inventory of items included in the order.  

Purchasing this add-on does not guarantee a specific posting date.

9. Pricing and Product Availability

Prices for products may change at any time without notice.  We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of products.
