Refund policy

All sales at Brass & Bloom Scoops are final.  Because our scoops are a curated mystery experience, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.  

Each scoop is thoughtfully assembled with a variety of vintage-inspired treasures, and part of the fun is the surprise of discovering what's inside.  For this reason, we are unable to accept returns based on item preference, duplicates, or personal taste.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or there is an issue with your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.  Videos and pictures of packaging and items will be required.

Once an order has been shipped, Brass & Bloom Scoops is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  Customers will receive tracking information and should contact the shipping carrier directly if an issue occurs in transit.
