Each scoop contains a mix of vintage-inspired and whimsical items such as lace, brass pieces, florals, charms, and other unique finds. No two scoops are exactly the same, which makes every order a fun surprise to open.

2. Can I select items from your shop? What if I don't want a certain item?
Because Brass & Bloom Scoops, is a mystery scoop experience, individual items cannot be selected ahead of time. Part of the magic is the surprise of discovering a carefully curated mix of beautiful, vintage-inspired treasures in every scoop.
However, we want you to love what you receive! If there are certain items you prefer to avoid, you're welcome to leave a note with your order and we'll do our best to accommodate when possible. While we can't guarantee specific items, we always try to thoughtfully curate each scoop so it feels special and inspiring.

3. What items do you have in your shop?

Our collections are inspired by Florals & Keepsakes, Victorian Charm and Beads & Pearls. Because our scoops are a mystery experience, every order is a little different- making each unboxing a fun and unique surprise.
4. What is your return policy?
All sales at Brass & Bloom Scoops, are FINAL. Because our scoops are a curated mystery experience, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your package, please contact us and we will do our best to help make it right. Videos and pictures of packaging and items will be required.

5. What if my order is lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves Brass & Bloom Scoops and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. All orders will receive tracking information so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier using your tracking number to open a claim.

6. How do I get a video of my order on TikTok?
Want to see your scoop packed live? You can add an Order Packing Video to purchase right on our website!
Simply select the Order Packing Video add-on when placing your order. This optional service includes a small additional fee, and it allows your order to be featured in a packing video on our TikTok. You'll get to watch your scoops being filled and see the beautiful treasures going into your order.
Once your video is posted, you'll be able to find it on our TikTok page and enjoy the full unboxing experience before your package even arrives. It's a fun way to be part of the Brass & Bloom Scoops community and see the magic happen!
